Why Discover Weeki Wachee
Linda Pedersen Park has an excellent environment for beginner kayakers, free of motorized boats. We also offer single kayak rentals at Pine Island Beach Park. All of our kayaks are sit-on-top which makes getting in and out easier. They are great for all levels of paddlers. Our kayaks rent out frequently so please book in advance.
*Must be 12 years of age and older. Children under 12 years old are not permitted.
Pine Island Express Shuttle
We offer shuttle rides to and from the following parks:
Pine Island Beach Park, Bayport Park, Jenkins Creek Park, Linda Pedersen Park, and Bayport Park.
Shuttle services are available everyday from 9AM until 6PM. The shuttles will be stopping between parks approximately every 45 minutes.
Fees:
$10 for adults, $5 for children (6-12 years old). Veterans are 50% off with active Military ID, DD214-Honorable discharge or Current VA card. Children younger than 6 are free.
(COVID-19 safety: after every stop, the shuttle will be sanitized.)
